New here? Submit a request to open a ticket. Existing clients can sign in to the Support Portal to view status, reply, and track ticket history.
Submit a new request
Use this option if you do not already have a Support Portal login. Your submission will create a ticket automatically.
Create a ticketTip: Include SQL Server version, symptoms, how long it has been happening, and what changed right before it started.
Sign in (existing clients)
Use the Support Portal to view your open/closed tickets, reply to updates, and track progress.

Set NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_PORTAL_URL in your environment to your Zoho Desk Help Center / Portal URL.
Once you have a login, ticket creation and replies are handled inside the Support Portal.
